Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any modification, re-enactment, or extension thereof in force from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dkbd. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on dkbd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age and of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling activity in your own jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the dkbd platform or any affiliated platform, or had an account closed by dkbd for breach of these terms.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a sports bettor, advantage player, or in any capacity that exploits systematic weaknesses in dkbd's pricing or game offerings.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or close family member of a current employee or director of dkbd or any of its associated entities.

dkbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned via the original payment method. Winnings accumulated in breach of this age restriction will not be paid out under any circumstances.

If you are aware that a minor is attempting to access the dkbd platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected] so that we can take appropriate action.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on the dkbd platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. dkbd employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate account creation.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. dkbd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility unless you have notified dkbd of a security breach in writing without undue delay.

dkbd reserves the right to suspend an account pending completion of KYC verification. During any suspension period, the player may not place new wagers or request withdrawals, but existing balances are preserved. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or where submitted documents cannot be verified, may be permanently closed at dkbd's discretion.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the dkbd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dkbd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer through participating Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The following minimum transaction thresholds apply on the dkbd platform:

• Minimum deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): ৳100
• Minimum deposit (bank transfer): ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal (mobile money): ৳300
• Minimum withdrawal (bank transfer): ৳1,000

Deposits are credited to your dkbd account promptly upon confirmation of receipt from your payment provider. dkbd does not charge any processing fee on the dkbd side for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your own bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dkbd accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Approved withdrawals via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, subject to the clearing schedule of the receiving institution. dkbd does not guarantee processing times and will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account, subject to the availability of that payment method for outward transfers. dkbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request that it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

dkbd does not accept cash payments, third-party deposits, or deposits from any payment method not registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to another person will be returned to the originating source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

dkbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers timed around events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus terms that apply across all dkbd promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise include the following:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are non-withdrawable.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. dkbd reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated play, or any breach of these terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino table games, crash games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a player holds an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted single wager is ৳1,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagers placed in excess of this limit while an active bonus is held may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time. Players may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dkbd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with applicable law and with the spirit of fair and responsible gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkbd platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias, fictitious identity, or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or any other illegal purpose under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software or payment systems.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by dkbd.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information-based betting in relation to any sporting event available on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dkbd staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction after corresponding wagers have been placed.

dkbd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice. In such cases, dkbd may withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, dkbd will report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the dkbd platform, including but not limited to the dkbd brand name, logo, graphic design elements, website structure, written content, game interfaces, odds presentation formats, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of dkbd or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dkbd platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the dkbd platform without express written permission from dkbd.
• Use any dkbd branding, trade marks, or logos in any manner that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by dkbd that does not exist.
• Scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise extract content from the dkbd platform for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the dkbd platform's software infrastructure.

Game content available on dkbd (including slots, live casino, and crash games) is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios, and dkbd makes no claim of ownership over them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dkbd's total liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dkbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dkbd expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, and whether arising from negligence or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of goodwill or damage to reputation.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from interrupted access to the platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, or circumstances beyond dkbd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics published on the platform that may contain typographical or calculation errors.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes dkbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Account Suspension & Termination

You may close your dkbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted in writing will be processed within three business days. Upon closure, any verifiable real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

dkbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• The player's continued use of the platform posing a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to dkbd.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under dkbd's responsible gaming programme.

Upon account termination by dkbd for cause, any promotional or bonus balance in the account will be forfeited. The return of real-money deposits in termination cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis following completion of any applicable compliance investigation. dkbd's decision in this regard is final.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dkbd operates. Players based in Bangladesh accept that the resolution of any dispute shall be subject to the applicable legal framework of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a complaint or dispute, dkbd encourages players to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the dkbd customer support team by contacting [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support contact, dkbd will escalate the matter to a senior review process. dkbd's internal dispute resolution process is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

Amendments to These Terms

dkbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the revised terms on this page. The date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version took effect.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a player — dkbd will endeavour to provide advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the dkbd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, your sole remedy is to cease using the dkbd platform and close your account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 9 above.
